All food handlers MUST be trained - that’s the LAW! In this day and age you can’t afford to operate without the REHIS certificate especially if you’re dealing with the more susceptible groups of people such as the very young, the elderly or the infirm. One case of food poisoning, no matter how minor, has meant the end of many a business
Your food handlers can complete this essential food hygiene course in only one day! That includes taking the exam that will allow them to gain their REHIS certificate. A ‘food handler’ is not just someone who prepares food, but can be those who just serve the food to others.

More than 3 years since you completed the food safety training course? It's worth noting that regulations do change. It’s recommended that you take the course every three years and check your working practices still comply with the changes in legislation. Keep one step ahead of your local EHO. Hate exams? Difficulty writing? Don’t we all? But don’t worry this is a multiple-choice exam and throughout the day you will learn some new things and reinforce what you already know about food hygiene. So the exam will hold no fears for you.
‘It’s all very well to say that, but although I can
speak and understand English, it’s a different matter writing it!’ Always dates throughout the year REHIS Approved
